  • Work collaboratively with the HR Leadership team to design the optimal HR service delivery structure and ensure the HR team possesses the knowledge, skills and capabilities they need to deliver on its mission
  • Provide consulting services in the design and implementation of effective compensation and benefits/wellness programs and plans
  • Provide HR M&A due diligence and integration support

  • Across several industries including consumer products/manufacturing and insurance have worked collaboratively with leaders on the development and implementation of HR Strategic Plans.  In each instance have aligned the HR strategy, mission and goals to the company’s strategy and goals building and strengthening the overall performance and competitive advantage of the organization
  • Using a team based approach drove compliance and operational excellence within the HR Division of a financial services company.  Focused the HR leadership and the entire HR Division on flawless execution and the need to have documented processes and procedures, built operational excellence into all HR goals, identified the key areas that needed to be fixed and developed action plans to ensure compliance would remain in place.  Over a two year period all internal and external audits were successfully passed.
